A pipeline construction project along Folsom Boulevard began in July 2023. Phase 1 and Phase 2 work which impacted Folsom Boulevard between Woodmere and Bidwell has been completed as of December 2023. Phase 3 and Phase 4 work which impacted Folsom Boulevard at Blue Ravine has been completed as of June 2024. The only outstanding project item is minor concrete restoration (one night).

Traffic Impacts 

Traffic restrictions are expected to change throughout each stage of the construction project. Motorists are advised to expect traffic delays and are encouraged to seek alternate routes whenever possible. The city has installed message signs to alert motorists about closures and detours.
