Registration for the 2024-25 School Year

Online registration for the 2024-25 school year is open.

At the time of registration, you will select the class you would like to have your child attend in the fall, and pay the $100 non-refundable registration fee and first month of tuition. Call 916-461-6601 with registration questions and email wkahn@folsom.ca.us with program questions.

Within 24 hours, you will receive an email from ePACT, a secure, HIPAA compliant, cloud-based health and emergency platform that will house the necessary forms to complete your child’s registration. Please note: your child’s registration is NOT complete until all forms are complete, including an uploaded copy of your child’s birth certificate and immunization records. 

What can you do to help ensure your registration process goes smoothly?
• Visit https://webtrac.folsom.ca.us and click on sign in/register to confirm your existing WebTrac account status or set up a new household/account. Call 916-461-6601 for assistance.
• Make sure you know which location and program you would like to register for/add to your cart.  
• Plan to register as soon as online registration opens (8 a.m. February 7) as these programs fill quickly. 
• Complete the required forms in ePACT within 7 days of registering.
   - Multiple reminders will be sent; email wkahn@folsom.ca.us if you do not receive anything from ePACT.
   - Your registration is not complete nor confirmed until your ePACT paperwork is complete. You risk forfeiture of your child’s space if you do not complete all of the required information.

Fun Factory Preschool is a nine-month structured program that offers recreational and educational activities in a positive, non-stressful environment.

Program details:

3-Year-Old Fun Factory

• Your child must be age 3 on September 1, 2024
• Class is held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Andy Morin Sports Complex and the Folsom Community Center

4-Year-Old Fun Factory

• Your child must be age 4 on September 1, 2024
• Class is held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Andy Morin Sports Complex (66 Clarksville Road) and the Folsom Community Center (52 Natoma Street)

Kindergarten Readiness for 4-year-old children provides a fun, safe, and structured nine-month program with a curriculum that offers both developmental and academic readiness for kindergarten.
