The Folsom community is coming together again to plan the ninth annual Community Service Day, Folsom’s largest day of volunteerism. This powerful day of service mobilizes thousands of volunteers of all ages and interests to complete dozens of service projects throughout Folsom.
Organizers are seeking community-based service projects for this year’s Community Service Day event, planned for Saturday, September 17.
A community brainstorming meeting will be held Tuesday, April 19 at 6 p.m. at the Folsom Community Center (52 Natoma Street) to identify community projects. Organizers are also seeking project proposals from the community.
