Introduction: Visit the City of Folsom's Recycling Team at the Historic Folsom Farmer's Market. We will be handing out kitchen pails for use with the new green bin organics program, and small bags of compost for your garden. Kitchen pails are a tool to help collect food scraps and food-soiled paper.
