Folsom residents who have not yet picked up a kitchen pail are encouraged to do so. These containers make sorting food scraps and food-soiled paper at home tidy and convenient. Residents must remain in their vehicles at all times and adhere to posted signage and traffic control for directions to enter and exit the pickup area at Lembi Park near the soccer fields.
