The Folsom Pedal Quest encourages cyclists of all ages to explore the city's amazing trail system.

The Pedal Quest has options for all ages and skill levels--choose from routes ranging in distances of 1.5 miles to 30 miles. Routes are self-paced and self-guided using colored pavement arrows. All routes are loops that start and finish in the Folsom Historic District. All loops utilize paved bike trails with minimal road riding and some road crossings. Riders are required to obey all traffic laws and cross roads safely and carefully.

Riders must check-in on Sutter Street to pick up a name plate and map between 9 to 11 a.m. Rest stops are open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. along each loop, with refreshments and a chance to engage with a variety of local businesses. Participants can collect special Pedal Quest stickers at each rest stop to put on their name plate.
