• Introduction: The Recycle Team will be at the Folsom Public Library from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. to distribute kitchen pails and answer questions about the Green Bin Program and Blue Bin Recycling. Residents are encouraged to pick up a pail if they haven’t already. Pails are limited to one per household.
