You can request a copy of a Folsom Police Record via our Public Records Portal (NextRequest).

Please include the following information in your request:

• Your name
• Your email address and phone number
• The FPD Report or Incident Number 
• Date and Time of the Incident
• How you are affiliated with the report (victim, witness, driver, pedestrian, etc.)
• Attach a copy of your photo ID 

Please be advised that The Folsom Police Department Records Division has 10 days to respond to your request from the date it is received.

Not all reports can be released when requested as not all records are public records (for example: Child Abuse reports, Medical/Mental Illness reports, Arrest Reports not adjudicated and reports still under investigation).
