Folsom Municipal Code Chapter 16.56 established the committee.

The committee meets at 7 p.m. the third Thursday of each month in the R.G. Smith Room at the Folsom Community Center, 52 Natoma Street.

The City of Folsom is seeking input from Natoma Station property owners regarding future options and funding priorities due to a deficit in district assessments required to maintain the current level of service. Main topics for discussion include levels of service and assessment options. Potential options include reducing the level of service or increasing the L&L assessment which is currently $91.70 per single family residential equivalent per year. 

The City of Folsom hosted a neighborhood meeting March 13 for Natoma Station property owners to learn more and provide input.
